At times we all feel overwhelmed and in need of support to feel less confused, isolated and anxious.

You may feel guilty for even thinking about counselling, but it is actually very courageous to seek support.

I have over 10 years of experience supporting children young people with mental health difficulties. 


As well as talking therapy, I often use sand trays, emotion cards, drawing, painting and clay. 

Within a safe and professional setting, I will listen carefully and put your child at ease and empower your child to find their own answers.

I will always be led by you and by what you want to achieve in our sessions, by providing a non judgemental space for you to be heard and valued. 

I often use different methods depending on the needs of the individual client such as talking therapy, transpersonal therapy and creative therapies such as sand tray and visualisation exercises.


These approaches help to access unconscious feelings and are helpful when words are too difficult to express .
